Who was heavily involved with story development during the end of WotLK and Cataclysm? I have some genuine questions for them re: Tarecgosa, Kalec, Arygos, the Legendary questline and 'Twilight of the Aspects'...

I'm trying to regulate the Tarecgosa's Rest Legendary questline and TotA, because the two storylines seem to overlap and somewhat contradict each other. In the novel, Kalec has no suspicion of Arygos working w/ Deathwing, but according to the game, he did...?
I've unfortunately never finished that book. I just remember that you uncover that Arygos is working with DW during the questline with the aid of Tarecgosa. And I believe you relay that to Kalec. The book might've skimmed that detail possibly?

In the book, it flatly states that Kalec does not have a clue; just that he suspects Arygos inherited much of Malygos' vanity and condescension re: the short-lived races. It isn't until Tyri escapes from Benedictus (the Twilight Father) and tells him that he finds out.

But, of course I'm conflicted because of the "game is the final canon" axiom. However, in this case, it's a very important step for Thrall's growth as an individual and as a shaman, so it makes little sense to make the book uncanon.
