I disagree with that; what I liked about the WoD cinematics was the music and how it tied up the zones. It was a good way to feel finished with each area. Compared to the Thrall and Jaina cinematic where...”We’re different” except nothing has changed between the factions.
There are upcoming spoilers that are pointing to an Alliance starting a conflict with the Horde. But I won't get into that since things can change. I still think this is a pretty weak reason to dislike the Cinematic personally.

PLUS they can always push for that player choice and go even further with it by allowing players to take part in yet another war or not. I think that would be the best choice at this point. Since too many are deadset on keeping the Faction War.

That would be nice. I liked the joke third option of this expansion to just go sit on a beach. I main a Druid; I want to just...be a Druid. And a Tauren. The two big ears don’t really let me be either between two megalomaniac warchiefs.

And that’s fair. It IS a nice cinematic, and I sincerely wish they’d stick to these over the fully CGI ones they did for Saurfang. But it just hits a sour spot for me as I attribute the poor writing in WoW to the faction conflict. I want what they show but can’t have.

Personally, I loved the CGI ones and love it whenever they do that. I didn't talk about the Saurfang ones here because they're a next level of good. But the CGI ones take years to make as compared to the Terran/In-Game ones do.
