Well the Horde did beat the everliving snot out the poor guy. His cloak probably got torn to bits.

Closest we've got is the Gnome Heritage armor which is essentially a nod to Mekkatorque honestly. (Really in my opinion this is what all heritage armor should strive to do for the most part.)
