People get the idea of what the Maw is pretty wrong lately. They simply assume "Evil = Maw" when in reality it's a little bit more complicated than that. The Maw is basically meant for those that cannot be redeemed in Revendreth or are a threat to the Shadowlands as a whole.
So in Deathwing's case: 1. He'd finally be freed from the Old Gods (assuming) and would be himself again. So he'd likely go to Revendreth or Maldraxxus probably. 2. He's no real threat to the Shadowlands despite the power he was given by Old Gods/Titans.
