I think WoD is without a doubt one of WoW's weaker expansions but it's really only because it was half-baked and unfinished. Yeah, time travel is annoying but beyond that, it was pretty damn decent had it continued to be as good when Thrall offed Garrosh it could've rivaled MoP.

I just wish they didn't cut so much content from it, like the ogre continent and other places, sticking with grom as the final boss of the expansion... And not giving us a full HD Gorehowl. I've been so mad ever since i found out they cut that too.
I'm going to be honest with you. I think making Grom not the final boss of WoD was a good call. The problem with it was the execution. There was no real arc for Grom to feel the way he did and act the way he did. He needed much better development.

I honestly think WoD and Legion have some of the worst planned out final bosses in World of Warcraft's history. Archimonde comes out of nowhere with a toy as his foreshadowing. And then Argus, a new guy, is supposed to be the last boss of the Legion expansion.

But as far as Gorehowl goes they should've just made it an Artifact Weapon in Legion. Not the one from WoD but the current one that Garrosh left in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
