Even then, you have the most upset race - the Night Elves, who live thousands of years anyway, so a new generation won't be able to replace them. Then extra media like Eulogy went out of the way to make sure minor soldiers were actively involved in the act, not just Sylvanas.
The hatred the Night Elves is just as much justified as the Humans and the Draenei. But just like those two, you have parts of the race who forgive them and parts of the race that just don't. No Faction's race will ever fully commit to either hatred or forgiveness.
