I make one comment about how I like Rexxar on the Draka reaction video and some guy goes on a long rant about Rexxar was almost a Sylvanas Loyalist. ...That's a big fat no buster.

Their main argument for why he was cool with Sylvanas is because Rexxar didn't say too much on the manner. When he is quite literally the first Horde character (besides Baine and Varok) to: - Sylvanas is creating a rift. - That something has to be done about Baine's arrest.

The guy is comparing Rexxar to the likes of Vol'jin. Vol'jin led the Rebellion and had a much LARGER role than Rexxar did. Things would be very different if this was Rexxar's Rebellion but no it's Saurfang's. I don't get these people.

I never played horde except one time for the war campaign mount...but even i know that rexxar couldn’t do shit about the situation...not even the leaders dared to say something against her in public...rexxar would have had an accident within hours after saying something xD

That reminds me though, it is strange that the characters who first start voicing concerns about Sylvanas the earliest (besides Baine): Rexxar, Valtrois, Garona (with her uncrowned dialogue), and Lillian, proceed to not do much if anything with the rebellion.

Lillian at least still does a lot of stuff, though more focused around Calia by that point, and Valtrois gets superseded by Thalyssra, but its too bad that Rexxar and Garona just vanish from the story outright.
