I know I'm playing it mostly off as a joke but seriously for all the hate BfA gets (some of it earned, some of it not-so-much) I rather liked this expansion. Definitely could've been better but it also could've been a lot worse too.

8.0 to 8.2.5 was solid. I think the .5 patches were oddly some of my favorites despite being so small.
I make no secret of the fact that I genuinely love the Alliance side patch .0 story. It was well written, flowed together well, great characters, all that good stuff.
I used to be BFA lover. Up until classic launch and wiped out my guild. I dont hate it but it does hurt when I remind of it. I like the story until Nzoth.
"embracing the safe haven" 
BfA was fine for what it was at launch. I’m happy we got to see Kul’Tiras and Zandalar presented in a full immersive way. It’s probably the last time we’ll see anything like that since it’s stuck between the theme-parky Legion and Shadowlands.
It’d probably be the last chance for us to ever get anything like that, so I’m glad they went the way they did and did both islands justice. Zandalar and Kul’Tiras feel as if not more interconnected and real as Kalimdor and EK do.
