To be fair the Horde do eventually resist against Sylvanas through Baine and Saurfang. They're either left for dead or imprisoned for their acts as an example for all who disobey. Really isn't until Saurfang does anything is a rebellion possible. Wish they acted sooner though.

Point is, they act only after Sylvanas does something horrible, despite all the warning signs and previous experience.

That was the whole problem with the Warchief as a whole which is why they thankfully got rid of it.
