I think that Illidan wouldn't want to forget about his life or Tyrande so probably not Kyrian. So I would say probably Maldraxxus simply because of his stance on protecting his home no matter the cost.

I like the idea of Maldraxxus! But I do imagine those who are selected to join the Kyrian aren’t really given the choice at the gates haha I imagine Illidan would put up quite the fight not to forget Tyrande though.

I think it's down to the Arbiter & if the character themselves are willing to forget & become something more in life than it makes sense they'd do the same in death.
