Hm... it kind of sucks how the fandom didn’t treat the loss of the Undercity like a tragedy or even that big of a deal. one day they will realize.... that most of the forsaken are people separate from the scourge or sylvanas’ storyline. people who lost their homes. 
Undercity can still be recovered. It's more along the lines of losing their homes temporarily than forever like Teldrassil. Lordaeron itself still belongs to the Forsaken thankfully. But the city of Lordaeron is lost until they can get rid of the plague that sits on it.
