I hadn't finished my thread there. But again, the whole story of the death knights, demon hunters, Forsaken, even the orcs is that you can never undo bad things you've done, but you can change and be better for it.

While I agree with that. I think the same has to be said vice versa. Sometimes people can't change and sometimes people don't want to atone. Sylvanas is the perfect person to give that message.

I mean, I would be perfectly fine with her ending her existence as a villain. But I will never have a problem with someone deciding they want to try and change. There are a lot of people even in my life I suspect will never change, but will always be open if they decide to do so.

That's fine and dandy and I am open to that too. But I just don't think out of anyone who should change Sylvanas doesn't seem like that type of person. We'll have to see and if she does she has to acknowledge the wrongs she's done.

Of course. The whole purpose of deciding to change is the understanding that you have done wrong. Also anduin literally did say that no one is beyond saving, they just gave to want it in BtS. He just put into words one of the major themes of the setting.

He also said she'd never want to change, and he might be right, and that's usually where the line falls between people. But there are enough unrepentant assholes in the setting between garrosh and sargeras and Gul'dan and others that I would not feel deprived if we had one less.

Also I'm shocked that you of all people would say that message has never been told in Warcraft considering the -entire history of the orcs-

I never really saw the Orcs as a whole as villains. Some of their races characters maybe. But their entire race? No. Redemption for Villains is extremely rare in Warcraft. Hell, the closest we got to that was Illidan and he didn't exactly make amends for his actions either.
