I'm kind of bummed with how they had a fantastic character in Devos but the way they deal with her in 9.0's max level Bastion campaign is... Another missed opportunity. Like killing off Zul in 8.0.

Spoilers for my twitter people, but yeah... my biggest gripe of Bastion is how they handle it. Seems perfectly clear that the situation in Bastion is messed up. Nobody wants to forget who they were - maybe a few memories here and there but all of it? Nah.

I dont mean that I'm upset she became a villain. I was keeping it vague but I'm upset that they just kill her off in the dungeon and that's it, she's gone. Would be so much better if we see her turn back around after the Archon changes her mind & suggests that their way IS wrong

To me it felt like they were setting up the Archon as a baddie. Not-so-much in the same light as the Maw but because she's stuck in her ways. There needs to be a middle ground at least.

I think there's a high possibility they are setting up for all the covenant leaders to die. Whether they turn against us or they die to The Jailer and Sylvanas. The Archon set in her ways, the Winter Queen, losing control of her realm, us killing Denathrius, and the Primus MIA
