You are correct about everything except for the character, who is so incredibly boring that it could have and should have been literally any other character

No we just had the main character of the expansion be another orc. Also draka isn’t the same as those listed. She’s not someone that shows up at the beginning and then get captured, she’s a major character of zone. Unlike the others
Nothing wrong with more orcs - again something Legion was lacking, aside from maybe Gul'dan if you even count him as one. And you then you have Alexandros and Vash'j as the other two main characters of Maldraxxus.

Yes, there is a lot wrong with Orcs. There are too many Orcs. Humans and Orcs are so laughably oversaturated in this lore that there's a reason people jokingly call it World of Orccraft. Alexandros nor Vashj are getting an entire animation to themselves.
