Well yeah if you compare Draka and Rexxar and honestly any character Draka hasn't done a lot. I don't find her boring though I just find her interesting. And I am glad we get to explore more of her character in Shadowlands.

It’s disappointing that out of all the characters they could explore, they have to pick an orc related to thrall once again

I don't really find that disappointing but then again I'm a fan of Thrall so I'm probably the last person to talk to about this. I suppose if it wasn't Draka I'd have chosen Anub'arak personally that or Draenosh.
