I think that there's a level of, "Okay Uther that's enough now buddy." even Uther himself at the end of Wrath said he'd choose to remember Arthas as he once was rather than who he became. I think there's a 50/50 here.

Quite honestly, given how much shit Arthas did, it would take a LOT for Uther to get to a point of "that's enough."

I think it's always important to remember that Arthas was a victim of the Helm and Frostmourne too. Yes he deserved to die and yes he deserves to pay for it in the afterlife in either Maw or Revendreth. But I don't know about torturing him afterwards to major extremes.

In fairness its very out of character for Uther to be that way. I think its better for Uther to have a heart to heart with Arthas(If he's even appearing). Not punish or torture.. thats not the kind of man Uther is.
