It's incredibly problematic. I really don't think anyone on the Horde Council will ever approve of its use including Lilian Voss. It would make sense for someone like Sylvanas to use it still because nothing is holding her back anymore.

Oh, to see the Forsaken getting a ''bone people, but people nonetheless'' aesthetic, instead of the ''nasty plague zombies, but with spikes'' only they have right now... And, I mean, both can exist together, kinda like ''spike barbarian orcs'' and ''machinegun orcs'' do, but...

The difference is "Spike Barbarian Orcs" & "Machinegun Orcs" aren't creating a concoction that is inhumane for all living races of the world. The Plague was so bad that it made Garrosh say no to it - this is the same guy who approved of mana bombs, and Old God Hearts.

Well, yeah, of course. But even if they got rid of the bad bad blight, they'd still need some kind of blight to keep them from rotting even more, so they'd still need the apothecaries, and to use it, even if just for that purpose.

Rotting and Blight have no connection whatsoever to each other. The Forsaken don't need it to that extent. But yes the Apothecariens themselves can remain if they turn their talents to instead making the Forsaken's life style less shitty.

Hmmm... I'd say it has at least some connection, I mean, I don't think they'd be spreading it in the air like they do in the zones they populate if it wasn't somewhat needed. Undead recover better in blighted zones after all, thus, preventing the land to heal does help them.

Not talking about the -bad- blight here, of course. Just the standard one, not the lethal for everyone and everything one.

Even the Ebon Blade keeps some plague cauldrons within Acherus (up to legion, even), so I wouldn't say it's not relevant at all.

The Ebon Blade is its own faction separate from the Horde. And they've never used their blight to the extremes the Forsaken did.

It's... Not really W3 Logic, it's told in wow too. Undead do benefit from even drinking basically blight, and it does help them recover (don't really wanna say regenerate) at least energy because of its necromantic component :/

Regardless the New Plague or the Forsaken Blight has to go.

We agree on that, yup. They can keep the basic one, because of it, but keeping a close on the apothecaries... is never as easy as it seems, specially with banshee loyalist still around. But they should be required to, at least try.
