Apparently, Horde vs Alliance is happening again on twitter. I'm all for the Horde and all for the Faction Wars (though we do deserve a break from it after BfA) but I seriously think some people take things way too bloody seriously.

I also would want the winner and loser to make sense of course. Alliance winning Arathi? Fine makes sense well enough. Night Elves winning Darkshore alone with no help? Significantly less believable. Really Animorphs has a better war than a series with it in the name.
I feel the opposite about the Arathi and Darkshore situation. With Arathi it would make more sense for the Horde to win it considering how the Forsaken would feel about the loss of the Undercity and how close the Reventusk and Sin'dorei are. Darkshore felt right. (1/2)

Darkshore morally and justly belonged to the Night Elves and having the Horde keep it would feel wrong. And even if we go by the logic of, "They had little aid." they had both the Worgen and Maiev's wardens supporting them. While the Horde didn't have as much support. (2/2)

Especially when you realize the Horde were already busy with the situation in Dazar'alor. The Horde already was spread too thin while the Night Elves and Worgen wholeheartedly supported the re-taking of Darkshore over the sacking of Dazar'alor. Nathanos wasn't even in Darkshore.
