Look this is a hot take I'm sure some people will get mad at me for: I do not like Jaina whatsoever and it annoys me she's in the Shadowlands introduction. She should be shelved and back in Kul Tiras for a while.

Jaina's one of my favorite characters, but I absolutely agree that she doesn't really need to be there. She had a good story arc in BFA, and it's perfectly reasonable to assume she'd just be Lord Admiraling behind the scenes this time around.
I'm half & half on it. On one hand: More Jaina this is great! I want to see her and Thrall do more stuff together! On the other: I think that she got so much screen time from BfA that they should've picked somebody else. I do know the lore reasons why they chose her though.
