I feel like the last 3 expansions kinda happened out of order. Big messy bloody faction war first Realm of death to put things into perspective Ultimate enemy, the legion returning and forcing us to finally do away with factions

Going from legion to bfa felt like if WC3 had a final mission after Archimonde blows up thats just orcs vs humans again.

I know it's unpopular as all hell but I honestly didn't like the lack-there-of a faction in Legion. Maybe it's because I felt cheated in the Hunter Order Hall but I just didn't feel at home like I did in BfA.

or that n'zoth & nazjatar were two of the most anticipated things in the entire franchise & they ended up feeling pretty underwhelming

I feel like BfA and Legion are both full of their own issues and both feel incomplete. Legion feels like the Factions aren't doing enough. BfA feels like the Factions are doing too much. And both villains needed more time to develop.
