It was a segment in Before the Storm. Calia goes to a meeting between humans and the forsaken, she's discovered to be the rightful heir to Lordaeron, and they try to join her because of her family's status.

For most regular people orcs are not good,. I just see way more interesting opportunities with Calia in the alliance, and things she could offer in the horde, like listening to sad story and offering a therapy hug, is not what would show the player what it's like to be forsaken.
Well, what Sylvanas was doing before wasn't exactly healthy for them either. It's an extremely confusing and hard time for the Forsaken right now as a whole.

I think it's an interesting parallel with the current forsaken situation. Forsaken do not have their leader, like lordaeronian refugees. Neither can come home. Both are somewhat welcomed by their factions. Another point to understand each other and reunite :p

Given that the Horde and Alliance are trying to have better relations and if Calia does become the Leader of the Forsaken it'll be more possible than before with Sylvanas in charge. Sylvanas doesn't believe in hope or family. She forsook that after Mists of Pandaria.
