Do people have more of a problem with BFA leveling because of the content, or is it because of the stunted amount of EXP every quest cluster gives (alongside the absolute waste of time assaults are for leveling)?

Thats a big bulk of what killed bfa questing for me as a hordie, the rebellion was nice, but came way too slow and late for me personally.
I have to agree with that. The Rebellion was nice (could've been longer) but it really took its time to get to that point. My main issue with BfA will always be that the Horde took way too long to fight against Sylvanas.
