Much as I love Illidan. He doesn't give a rat's ass about Teldrassil unless Tyrande does. If it benefitted him or rather didn't benefit him he wouldn't care.
Like I couldn't think of a better example of what I meant than someone bringing up ILLIDAN while attack Tyrande lol.
Come to think of it, Illidan might legitamately not know Teldrassil exists. He wasn't there when it was made, was inside a rock for the next decade, and as soon as he was freed he ran off to fight the Legioj for 100% of his time.
