Either we didn't see the same cinematic or it beated for you differently. I didn't get, "Oh Jaina we love you, you're perfect" I got "Jaina I'm sorry for what you've been through and I'm here for you as your Mother. Don't blame yourself for everything."

I think we just have different perspectives on the character and that's cool! no one engages with things the same way and it's cool that people feel things I dont about wow cinematics. to me it was just a shame and a non-development of her character

And she was asked by Anduin to go. Jaina was hoping her mother would give her a chance, as all mothers really should regardless of the circumstance. Thros is not a nice place that is going to make you perceive yourself as great and mighty. It's a realm meant to break you.
