To be fair, Shokia's portrayal in War Crimes is a contradiction of her portrayal in Siege of Orgrimmar, which is a contradiction of her helping Nazgrim in the pre-raid world. So... she's all over the place.
Shokia could've been a double-agent or had second thoughts. Not sure. But we've not seen her since War Crimes along with several other of Garrosh's lackeys who busted him out.
