Sounds like it, given the alternative is everyone goes home happy, and the dark rangers get away. The people who aid the Banshee queen get to go on like they did nothing wrong, which is just the Horde mentality anyway.
Except this isn't a member of the Horde it's a human and his family who're in need of money. It's not like they helped out the Dark Ranger out of actual loyalty. They just needed the gold.
