Stormheim loses a tier due to 1. Requiring a small questline to start and 2. The Slyvanas nonsense which ended up going nowhere until BfA, and then turing to hot garbage from there.
I like the Norse themes of Stormheim but now whenever I do the questline I can at least root for Genn Greymane.

Oh the overall story in acquiring the Aegis was good, just the Horde intentions on why. Coupled with that shitty tacked-on nonsense with Sylvanas and Genn. I swear ever since then Genn's only character trait is "wants to kill Sylvanas" and he infected Tyrande with it too.

I'll be honest even after Battle for Azeroth my favorite part of Storheim was the Alliance vs Horde theme to it. My biggest complaint of Legion was the lack-there-of of the Factions and Storheim was all we really had sadly.
