Why can’t she just do that? Why can’t they just forgive her? They let Jaina murder innocents and she isn’t some that shouldnt be accepted back A good amount of people in the Horde are technically war criminals they get a pass because they were following orders and not the leader?

There's a difference between forgiveness and forget. People will never forget what Jaina did to the Sunreavers and not everyone will forgive her for it. Jaina is better than Sylvanas because she regrets her decisions and is trying to be a better person for it.
Sylvanas isn't gonna regret what she's done to the people she's murdered, raised, tormented, etc. Sylvanas isn't getting better as a person she's getting worse. The Sunreaver incident is the only bad thing on Jaina's record right now meanwhile Sylvanas has a long list.

Jaina is a war criminal and murdered innocent people but she regrets it and wants to be a better person so she doesn’t face any real consequences because it was only once she was a mass murderer. This is a double standard, Jaina and Sylvanas aren’t that much different
