You can't just do that. And she can't just do that either. Sylvanas is a War Criminal and is seen as an enemy of the entire Horde. If she wanted to rejoin the Horde it would be for the Horde Council to decide not her or her people.

There's a difference between forgiveness and forget. People will never forget what Jaina did to the Sunreavers and not everyone will forgive her for it. Jaina is better than Sylvanas because she regrets her decisions and is trying to be a better person for it.

So again, as long as she regrets murdering innocent people it’s ok? So Sylvanas just needs to regret it, try to be a better person, and it would be ok?

She's never going to be able to fully atone for what she did to the Sunreavers same for Sylvanas. But she's at least trying. It's gonna take a lot for anyone to ever even consider forgiving Sylvanas but Jaina it's a lot easier when she really only killed those who attacked her.

Sylvanas isn't gonna regret what she's done to the people she's murdered, raised, tormented, etc. Sylvanas isn't getting better as a person she's getting worse. The Sunreaver incident is the only bad thing on Jaina's record right now meanwhile Sylvanas has a long list.
