Its harder for me to accept LegIll because; A. I started in TBC so all I saw was TBCIll B. He has always been characterised, in many ways, as power-hungry and extremely selfish. The idea that he was pulling a Hyperbolic Time Chamber on Outland to defeat the Legion...
Personally, for me, TBC will always be my least favorite and reviled expansion in WoW for what it did to Kael'thas, Vash'j, Illidan, Akama, Gruul, Kil'jaeden, etc. It was very much a bad rollercoaster ride when it came to telling stories.

I think that there were redeeming moments, but everything there needs a revamp and readjustment. It is definitely rooted in the vanilla/wc3 storytelling and design philosophy. As a long time player, I'd like to see it either reworked or taken out.
