I dont think I see Blizz angling for a straight up redemption necessarily, but definitely am bracing for something akin to her just seeing a bigger picture longer than all of us. And that reveal will be what Danuser recently alluded to in an interview about maybe changing minds.
I don't mind them showing us what is making her do this. But I just hope they also don't try to make us feel bad for her in any regard. Sylvanas' story was already pretty tragic but after everything she's done she's made other stories far more tragic.

Yeah so long as it's done in a "she was right in the long term but she didn't trust that anyone would believe her or help her so she set out to do things on her own and made unforgivable decisions because she didn't want to trust anyone's counsel. The moral is trust your friends"

Then it would be a bit more palatable. She would still need to be punished for her actions as anyone who commits such atrocities must, but at least with the framework she built and set into motion would give us an edge over that enemy and make those deaths worthwhile
