to be fair, it adds more immersion that those two are two different cultures, similar, but not the same. so I like that they don't just get each other's options
I'd have to disagree with that. Asking for their hair options isn't asking for too much.

well you can make the same argument for every allied race dwarfs should share dark iron dwarf customization options, same with gnomes and mecha gnomes, tauren and highmountain tauren etc. having options that you don't get adds more difference between races in my opinion

I'm not even sure they have different cultures in the first place. They're both Orcs with slightly different RECENT stories But they still share the same shamanistic/warrior/hunter culture
