Yeah Mag'har hair/facial hair customisation is unfortunately pretty shit atm but that might be fixed next xpac. I prefer the other customisation options for Mag'har but I gotta wear a helmet to cover up that horrible hair.

Blizzard should just put all orcs under one character customization category with all of the options available, but also have the choice of orc voice option and racials.
