I'm surprised this three-o never partied up during Pandaria, Legion, or BFA.
Rexxar was supposed to be in MoP but they had to scrap it. Would've been an opportune time to include him with Chen. As for Rokhan they only recently remembered him in WoD. Same goes for Rexxar actually.

Someone brought Rexxar in for 5 seconds in Cata but told no one else at Blizzard. I think.... I can't remember.

Rexxar was there for the Pre-Event of Cataclysm protecting Orgrimmar in the Valley of Honor. I still think it's a missed opportunity he wasn't in Shattering and didn't get to interact with Cairne, Garrosh or even Thrall.
