Bolvar really hasn't done much of anything compared to Sylvanas or Arthas.

The worst he has ordered is to purge Stromgarde and Raise a King and have the dead taken from the Shore and raised, Then a Horde General, a Scarlet and fail to attack Lights Hope and Raise Tirion then just putting Mograine at the head. Really, Bolvar is a good Lich King.

I know he hasn't, he still decided it'd be a fantastic idea to attack the Paladin Order Hall (which failed) and then attack the Red Dragons just to raise a corpse. Blizzard at least had the brains to make the Whelp slaughter non-canon but Bolvar deserves a broken nose.

A lot of that could be blamed on the Helm. Not sure if he really deserves that much ire for some of that too.
