I found part of my issue with WoW RP has been... if you play an Orc, specifically an Orc Warrior, people assume you're one of these people instead of well, giving you a chance.
I don't think that's the case, at least not completely. I think that people are usually accepting of most players but if you roleplay a certain way that is meant to be off-putting you're typically not going to make many friends or allies.
Like let's say somebody roleplays in a fashion where you're like Garrosh or "There can only be strength" some people aren't always going to find that very approachable.
Mind you, the vibe I got was on the actual official forums where it seemed quite... hostile >.>
