I don't know if I can agree with this entirely. On one hand Legion was fun (gameplay wise) and did have good and amazing zones. But the biggest problem with Legion was the fel pocketed zones. Dear god did that get tiring after a while and it was everywhere.

Legion and BfA will always be neck and neck for me. Legion for the superior gameplay and certain zones. And BfA for its superior storytelling and certain zones. Also Legion re-used a lot of music. That also downs some points for it even if I loved the music of old and new.
