The issue there is, she is in no position to help them. She is not one of them. She was brought back by the very thing they feel forsaken by so in terms of lore and concept it makes zero sense.
I think it would help if they showed what she does to help them. Every time she's helping Derek or the Night Elf Dark Rangers she goes off to somewhere else and its left to our imaginations. I really hope they portray whatever she does to help them.
