You keep saying there are others when there really aren't that many who could handle the position as leader of the Forsaken. The fact of the matter is none of the Forsaken playerbase are going to be happy with the choices Blizzard makes because they're still sore about Sylvanas.

I'm not arguing that in universe they're not making the forsaken go "yes, make her our leader." I'm arguing the choice makes little sense and is bad writing from a meta perspective. They could have Sylvanas abdicate to Calia and I'd still think it's bad.
Y'all aren't even giving her a chance. That's what is frustrating. For the longest time, the Forsaken have been problematic in the Horde and for the first time ever we're seeing changes done so that they cut that shit out. And the Forsaken players don't want it.--

The Forsaken have to change that's a big thing that the writers have to deal with Sylvanas gone. And before you say, "No they don't have to change." The Horde isn't going to put with them anymore if they do anything Sylvanas-like again. They have to change.

And all Calia wants to do is help them mentally and physically. That's it. There's nothing about making them light forged, there's nothing about making them join the Alliance, all it is stuff Sylvanas should've been doing for a while now.

Skoll, I would *love* for the forsaken to move beyond just blight tossing monsters, I just don't want it to be done by a savior with no backing to how she can be a savior. Give me that story with Velonara at the helm and I'll eat it up.
