Last I saw of him (I didn't do heritage as I don't have a goblin) was during Ogrimmar and he was burning documents before the seige. I figure either he's with Sylvannas (not likely) or in hiding.
At the very end of Battle for Azeroth Thrall states that Gallywix ran off with the other Sylvanas supporters.

Ah okay, I must've missed that part. Was too busy wiping tears over Saurfang. Yeah I got misty eyed about it just like Vol'jin and Varian. Damn cinematics!
