Honestly the only problems with the Shadowlands intro is Valeera standing with the Horde and even going into "attack mode" when they start yelling at each other. Valeera should be focused on saving Anduin. Replace her with someone else, maybe Velonara or Delaryn.

Neither of them really represent the Orcs though, I assume because this is right after Thrall (and co.) are captured that's why there's no Orc representative.
That makes sense enough. Gazlowe or Ji Firepaw could work then - though that would mean they would need to include Aysa for Alliance. Honestly, I wonder where the other Allied Race leaders are like Gey'erah, Mayla, Kiro, etc.
