The problem is they really don’t have any major forsaken characters to fill that role. People are saying Lillian, but I guess they forgot that most of her story was her talking about how she hates being undead

Calia has been around being pro forsaken for as long as Lillian has been suddenly pro forsaken. Arguably more because lilian wasn’t in before the storm advocating for the forsaken

No she hasn’t. She’s barely even Forsaken. Nothing about her character represents a single thing the Forsaken have stood for. Sure they were misguided under Sylvanas, but Calia is NOT the answer. She is completely antithetical to the dark and dubious nature Forsaken.

The dark and dubious nature of the Forsaken isn't gonna last much more with the way the Horde is going. You can't really expect that to stick around for them when it's exactly what the Horde is now trying to avoid.

... but being lead by a literal anomaly of undeath, groomed by the Alliance, and who never suffered the same hardships as a vast majority of them is simply not the way.

Calia: - Lost her family. - Died. She might not be a very old Forsaken but she's still had suffering and most importantly cares about the Forsaken. And once again she's clearly being groomed by Voss more than the Alliance to be their Queen.

Calia has experienced neither of these. She was quickly found and “adopted” by Alonsus Faol when Lordaeron fell and was immdeiately reaccepted by her friends when she was killed by Sylvanas and raised as “undead”. She was at no point “Forsaken”.

She's still better than Sylvanas and her toxic leadership. So I'll take her any day.

Alot of characters are better than Sylvanas, but this just ain’t it. You have to realize this is an insult to people who play Forsaken. “Hey, you like dark, edgy, themes? Here’s a character who’s the complete opposite of that!” There’s definitely a better way to handle this.

My horde Maine was a forsaken for 12 years until a race changed into a blood elf at the beginning of Legion. Plenty of people were sick and tired of this 12-year-old, edge Lord darkness crap that didn’t go anywhere it was the same thing for 15 years

It's seriously time for the Forsaken to change. You still have Classic, you still have the past and I really doubt they're going to change every little thing about the Forsaken with a new leader. Garrosh couldn't even accomplish that.

I don’t even play Forsaken, I just know and interact with a ton of Forsaken players daily to know well what they want from their race. I’m like you, I like the Honor Horde and being the good guys, but I also understand that other people who play Horde like their darker fantasies.

Then they can go play classic, because I see a lot more people than when you’re claiming saying they’re tired of the same 15-year-old story that’s going nowhere for them
