Calia is to become the Leader of the Forsaken at some point people. It's better to rip that band-aid off now than later folks.

Nah, that's not my worry. My worry is the alliance basically installed a leader for us that was "palatable" to them.
Voss is the one who's setting up Calia as the Leader of the Forsaken. Not Anduin. Not Jaina. VOSS. At least get your facts straight. Come on.

It's a questline you get from Voss at the very end of Battle for Azeroth with both 8.2.5 and 8.3.

Also, she still is "lightforged," created more by Alliance aligned folks than those who've been through the whole Forsaken thing from the jump. It's just not gonna sit well with me, but I've survived the other crud thrown at Forsaken and handled it. =P
