Legion was the first time I started to really like her character BECAUSE she was showing signs of changing. The moment she goes back to her typical funk I drew away from liking her again.

Sylvanas is one of my favorite lore characters and I am forever disappointed her BFA writing did not feel consistent with her Legion writing and the later justification "she was just playing nice to be manipulative" felt like such a cop-out

I think the problem was they didn't know where they wanted to go with her so they went back and forth between evil and good. And her usual evil behavior won out. They really should've just stuck with being antagonistic rather than heroic honestly.
