Humans and Orcs have the same age expectancy it's just that Orcs tend to die faster due to their lifestyles or that they were aged up by fel. For Ban, he aged up naturally.

Very much so. As for the ogre blood we don't know too much about how Half-Breeds like Rexxar or Garona age. They both look really good considering their ages so I imagine they retain their youth. If I had the option Ban would have black and grey hair instead of full-on grey.
