Idk lol, even from a story POV I like Legion a lot more. What was done better, going to Ny’alotha to fight N’zoth or Argus to fight fallen titans? Who was a better .1 villain: Gul’dan or Jaina/Rastakhan? Khadgar or Magni?

Start of Legion was the best part but after that things started to fall apart. It wasn't that BfA had better villains it was that it handled some of its villains & characters better. I made a whole thread about it some time ago about why I thought K'J was done worse than N'zoth.

7.2 was probs the worst of Legion, story and gameplay (not to say it still wasn't better than most of BFA gameplay wise). Tho the whole Suramar storyline from launch and other zone stories, Argus ooh. Most of Legion's story was good, rather than BFA where 1/2

half was exquisite (Saurfang, Jaina), and the other half was junk (Sylvanas, Azshara and N'zoth)

I actually thought Azshara was done fine and the fact they didn't kill her off permanently is something I also liked. The only patch I didn't really like in BfA to the extreme was 8.3 while in Legion 7.2 I really REALLY didn't like especially with it's treatment to K'J.

Azshara's story was forced in, which is really what made it feel meh. 7.2 wasn't that bad, sure it could've had more, but it fit perfectly in the expansion. The Argus reveal at the end was super badass.

I get that we're all heated about how they treated N'zoth and rightfully so but Argus as the final boss of Legion was just... really out of nowhere. I didn't like him as the FINAL boss of Legion. I don't see Azshara as forced considering they hinted at her from the start.

Argus was a proxy for Sargeras, a straight up dark titan. The boss fight was cool as hell. It worked great. BFA is a faction war expansion, Azshara came out while that was still happening.

Agree to disagree mate. I thought Argus wasn't a fitting final boss for the Burning Legion to end on. I've ranted on it before but I would've prefered Kil'jaeden and Archimonde with Sargeras in his cloud-like form helping them. Would've been more badass and fitting.

Agree to disagree. The 2 eredar leaders which we've already fought and defeated (Hyjal and Sunwell) on different occasions vs Sargeras' titan of death.

Kil'jaeden & Archimonde should've never been bosses in TBC, WoD, and the middle of Legion. I always felt they made those guys fight way too soon and felt they should've saved them for later. At least with K'J his reasons for being weaker was because he was half-thru the Sunwell.
