I think that a good balance for the Factions is preferable. There is always a "lean" of some kind and I'm not asking that the Horde hog the spotlight from the Alliance. What I am asking for is they at least included a Horde character of some kind to represent us during Legion.

But they do had, with Liadrin, the matriach of the Blood Knights. She was on the Campain in the Paladins hall, was next to Tyrande mainly in Suramar, was on the broken shore and was also on Argus. She was even more present than Tyrande and Malfurion at this point

Liadrin's role was still pretty minor still. I'm not including the Class Halls as they really varied from person to person. Like I played a Hunter and Horde representation was few in that department too. Malfurion and Tyrande were really only present for Val'sharah's story.

I'm very well aware of Liadrin as the "representative of the Horde" but she barely does anything when she's there. Compare this to past expansions where they gave speaking roles and moments for all factions present and Legion leaves a very empty feeling.

Maybe its subjective at this point, but I dont feel like this at all for her. She got quite the voices, the dialoges and also development. She also speaks very well for the past of the Blood Elfs inside the World Quests, where you aid Nightbornes for example

World Quests aren't representation for a faction. That's like saying, "Oh hey Rexxar made an appearance in [Blank] because he told you to pick berries up for Misha for him in a world quest. That means you got your Rexxar cameo for the year!

But now you exclude: Class Campains and World Quest. What else do you exclude or include? Do we also exlcude 7.3.5? Those World Quests were/are faction bound yes, whilst Tyrande tells you to aid the Nightfallen, Liadrin tells you that you have to satisfy their needs.

Even if I include the Class Campaigns, which I don't think we should her roles in them aren't really anything to clap at. When I say, "I want the Horde to be present and do stuff." that doesn't mean mundane tasks it means play a role in the story not sit in the background.

But then you say, that Neutral-Alliance based characters are in the forefront, when the only real event that happens where such an character has any sort of development are Turalyon and Alleria. cont.

Tyrande - was less present than Liadrin in any regards Malf - weird spot since ages Anduin - has done literally nothing in Legion, besides experaince his fathers death and his cinematic Khadgar - is neutral and was the main supporter and negotiator

It honestly doesn't matter if a character is portrayed as neutral. At the end of the day the character is still aligned with the Alliance to some degree either by their race, origin, or bias. 7.2 and 7.3 had no Horde characters having any major roles to its raids or stories.
