But is he a villain? Evil's a matter of perspective. Have you seen his mustache? He can't be a villain.
Obviously, because Nathanos is a hot topic right now, I think it's perfectly reasonable and not wrong to dislike him. The same goes vice versa of course. I see just as much pushback to disliking him as to liking him. This can go for multiple villains and not just Nathanos.

Nathanos isn't really meant to be liked. That is why I consider him a successful character and, thus, both like and dislike him. It's weird, but the best way I can describe it.

Getting onto peoples' cases for their subjective opinions on a fictional character is silly. Everyone in my immediate friend group hates him and I'm the only one who likes him. It's understandable, really, and then opinions on objective analysis aren't personal attacks.

I have friends who like Nathanos and they know I hate him with a passion. We're still friends at the end of the day because that really shouldn't stop people from being hommies.
