Orcs in Lord of the Rings were created by evil magic that twisted elves into dark versions of themselves and removed all the "good" traits like honesty, mercy, and compassion They are, literally, monsters that only serve the dark powers. Orcs in Warcraft are aliens. Draenai too
Very well aware of that factor but I am just simply giving credit to Warcraft here from stepping away from what is the norm with orcs.
