Another thing I realized today was I generally don't like characters because I relate with them. I know that's weird but like... when I look at a character I'm looking into what makes them interesting. Their story, their appearance, their voice, their motives, etc. (1/2)
I'm not looking at a character and going, "Okay what does this character have that I have gone through or am going through?" Sometimes relatability helps but I honestly do just like a character for other reasons usually. I don't know if that's odd or not.
